Anaheim Automation's line of Friction Brakes are compatible with motor sizes of NEMA 23, NEMA 34 and NEMA 42. Ideal for stopping and holding applications, these compact brakes can handle a maximum torque of 800 oz-in (50 in-lb). Their low-voltage design enhances performance in applications that are prone to weak battery, brownouts, or extended wiring setups. Friction brakes can be purchased separately or as motor adders pre-assembled to an Anaheim Automation motor prior to purchase.
