- Optical Rotary Encoders - We offer a selection of single-ended, differential, and high-resolution incremental optical encoders. These budget-friendly precision encoders can be mounted to motor shafts ranging from .059" to 1.00" in diameter. They are capable of tracking up to 200,000 Cycles Per Second, are offered in 32 to 5,000 Cycles Per Revolution (CPR), with a variety of features including an optional third and fourth index channels (model dependent).
- Capacitive Modular Encoders - Capacitive encoders provide an energy-efficient motor feedback solution, with multiple bore sleeve options to support shaft sizes ranging from 0.079" to 0.315". Protected against dust, dirt, and oil ingress, their durability is comparable to most magnetic encoders, resulting in less required maintenance than their optical counterparts.
- Magnetic Rotary Encoders - Our robustly-designed magnetic rotary encoders are offered in 100 to 2,560 Cycles Per Revolution (CPR), and are capable of tracking up to 200,000 Cycles Per Second. They are compatible with motor shaft sizes ranging from .125" to 1.125" in diameter and are available in either a modular or hollow casing. These encoders are also offered with an optional third and fourth index channel, or optional differential or open-collector U/V/W Brushless Motor Commutation Output (model dependent).
- Magnetic Linear Encoders - Flexible and versatile, these non-contact linear encoders can be integrated into any linear or rotary application that requires feedback control. With an IP67 protection level, these encoders provide reliable performance and accurate readings even in harsh environments. Each linear encoder assembly features a magnetic sensor with resolution options of 5, 10, 25, and 50µm and an adhesive magnetic scale in lengths of 100 to 2,000mm.
- Encoder Accessories - Optional encoder accessories are available to ensure proper installation and optimize your encoder performance, including a variety of centering tools, wipers, and reference pole markers. Encoder cables are available to be purchased separately.
