Anaheim Automation's broad selection of Rotary Encoders provides essential speed and positioning feedback to ensure your motor is operating accurately and efficiently.
- Optical Rotary Encoders are available with either single-ended or differential outputs for the A/B/I channels, offering a resolution range from 32 to 10,000 CPR. These encoders come with bore diameters ranging from .059" to 1.731" and require a voltage input of +5VDC to 30VDC for operation. Additionally, there is an optional third index channel for enhanced functionality. These encoders are designed to operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, making them suitable for a variety of applications in diverse environmental conditions.
- Capacitive Modular Encoders provide a versatile solution with single-ended or differential outputs for A/B/I channels. These encoders have a resolution range from 48 to 4,096 CPR and are compatible with motor shafts from 0.079" to 0.315". Operating at a required voltage of 5VDC, they also include an optional third index channel. With a wide temperature range of -40 to 105°C, these encoders ensure reliable performance across diverse operating conditions.
- Magnetic Rotary Encoders offer flexibility in resolution, with incremental options ranging from 20 to 10,000 CPR and absolute configurations featuring 8 to 17 Bit/Multiturn capabilities. These encoders support both single-ended and differential outputs for the A/B/I channels, catering to diverse application needs. Bore diameters within the range of .125" to 1.125" provide adaptability for various setups. Operating within a voltage range of +5VDC to 30VDC, these encoders ensure reliable performance. Additionally, they can withstand a broad temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, making them suitable for applications in demanding environmental conditions.
